You’re responsible for inspiring children’s interest in learning, and helping build the foundation of their educational development. But you knew that bit.

Here’s what you might not know:

• You’ll help with group activities.
• Help set up equipment for activities and keep rooms safe and tidy.
• Always follow the nursery lead’s directions.
• Motivate and encourage children.
• And you should always know and understand the policies of any nursery you work at.

Beyond that, be yourself.
