This role is perfect for educators looking to make a real impact in a supportive school environment.</p><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"></p><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"><strong>Age Range:</strong> 7 - 18 years</p><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"><strong>Contract: </strong>Monday To Friday 8:30AM To 4:00PM</p><h2 class="">Key Responsibilities</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-6 space-y-1"><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Support students with classroom learning activities</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Assist with personal care when required</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies</p></li></ul><h2 class="">Candidate Profile</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-6 space-y-1"><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Experience working with children or young people with SEND (desirable but not essential)</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Strong communication and teamwork skills</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing</p></li></ul><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"></p><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"><strong>Successful applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS certificate.
