    What You'll Be Doing

    • Support pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

    • Help children access learning through tailored support and encouragement

    • Work closely with teachers and the wider school team to deliver individual support plans

    • Promote a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment

    • Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development

    • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families where appropriate

    You'll Be a Good Fit If You...

    • Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEN Support Assistant

    • Have experience supporting children with Autism or other additional needs

    • Have recent experience working in a UK primary school or similar educational setting

    • Are patient, reliable and adaptable

    • Are passionate about helping children achieve their potential

    • Are available to work full-time from September
