    Humly are recruiting an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Carlisle from September. This full-time role involves taking full class responsibility for a Year 4 class during the first half of the Autumn term, delivering engaging Key Stage 2 lessons, managing classroom dynamics and supporting pupil progress through to the October half-term.

    This Year 4 Teacher role would suit an experienced Primary Teacher who is confident leading a KS2 classroom and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff. There is potential for the role to extend further, making this a good opportunity for a teacher looking for a full-time school-based position in Carlisle from September.

    AWR Pay Rate: From week 13 in the same role with the same hirer, where applicable, pay may increase in line with the school's equivalent rate.

    You'll Be a Good Fit If You...

    • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

    • Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school

    • Are confident teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4

    • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

    • Can quickly establish positive relationships with pupils

    • Are organised, adaptable and confident taking full class responsibility

    • Are reliable and available for full-time work from September

    • Are passionate about helping primary pupils make progress
