Humly are recruiting Primary Teachers to support primary schools across West Cumbria from September. We work with schools in Workington, Whitehaven and the surrounding coastal communities, and we're looking for experienced Primary Teachers who want flexible supply work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Role Details
As a Primary Teacher with Humly North West, you'll teach across a variety of primary schools throughout West Cumbria. You'll have the flexibility to choose the type of work that fits your lifestyle while supporting schools with high-quality classroom teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Pay: £120-£160 per day
AWR Pay Rate: From week 13 in the same role with the same hirer, where applicable, pay may increase in line with the school's equivalent rate.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Follow school planning or adapt lessons where appropriate
Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
Assess pupils' progress and provide feedback where required
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leaders
Support schools with day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term teaching roles
You'll Be a Good Fit If You...
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
Are confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Can adapt quickly to different schools and classroom environments
Have strong classroom management and communication skills
Are reliable, professional and passionate about primary education
