We're looking for experienced Primary Teachers who are ready for flexible supply work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with opportunities including day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term teaching roles.</p><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">If you're currently teaching and looking to move agency, or you'd like greater flexibility without stepping away from the classroom, Humly can help you find local opportunities that suit your availability and preferred way of working. We work with a range of primary schools across South Shore and the wider Blackpool area, giving experienced teachers access to a variety of rewarding classroom roles throughout the academic year.</p><h2 class="">Role Details</h2><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">As a Primary Teacher with Humly North West, you'll teach across a range of primary schools in South Shore and nearby areas. Whether you're looking for the variety of day-to-day supply or the consistency of a longer-term placement, we'll work with you to find opportunities that match your experience and career goals.</p><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"><strong>Pay:</strong> £120-£160 per day</p><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"><strong>AWR Pay Rate:</strong> From week 13 in the same role with the same hirer, where applicable, pay may increase in line with the school's equivalent rate.</p><h2 class="">What You'll Be Doing</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-6"><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Follow school planning or adapt lessons where required</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Assess pupils' progress and provide feedback where appropriate</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leaders</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Support schools with day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term teaching roles</p></li></ul><h2 class="">You'll Be a Good Fit If You...</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-6"><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Are confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Can adapt quickly to different school environments</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Have excellent classroom management and communication skills</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Are reliable, professional and passionate about primary education</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Are looking for flexible teaching opportunities from September with a trusted local education agency</p></li></ul><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"></p>
