    Humly are recruiting Primary Teachers to support primary schools across Blackpool from September. We're looking for experienced teachers who enjoy the variety of supply teaching and want access to flexible opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term teaching roles.

    Role Details

    As a Primary Teacher with Humly North West, you'll teach in a variety of primary schools across Blackpool, supporting pupils across different age groups and school settings. You'll have the flexibility to choose the assignments that suit you, whether that's daily supply, planned absences or longer-term placements.

    Pay: £120-£160 per day

    AWR Pay Rate: From week 13 in the same role with the same hirer, where applicable, pay may increase in line with the school's equivalent rate.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

    • Follow school planning or adapt lessons where appropriate

    • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

    • Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively

    • Assess pupils' learning and provide feedback where required

    • Work collaboratively with teaching and leadership teams

    • Support schools with day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term teaching roles

    You'll Be a Good Fit If You...

    • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

    • Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school

    • Are confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

    • Can adapt quickly to different school environments

    • Have strong classroom management and communication skills

    • Are reliable, professional and passionate about delivering high-quality primary education
