In September 2024, we announced the purchase of our first London-based supply agency, Future Education.

In April 2025, the future is here, and it’s called Humly London. 

And we’ll start bringing the Humly Way of Supply Education to London educators, schools, nurseries, and the biggest supply education market in the world.

The Humly App Experience

There is no such thing as a supply educator. 

There are many – multiple variations of supply educators depending on the sector, long-term vs short-term vs permanent, length of experience, etc.

And we aren’t doing our job or fulfilling our mission of empowering educators to work in schools and nurseries if we aren’t meeting and exceeding all of your needs.

To that end, we’re introducing a new Long-Term Track for all Humly Educators whose primary goal is to find a long-term job.

Humly Educators will receive a personal engagement specialist who proactively works to help secure your perfect role (again and again) and stay connected via weekly check-ins.

But we’re also revamping our Short-Term Availability feature to improve our understanding of when and where our short-term educators want to work. All so we can send opportunities that aren’t just good matches but perfect ones to educators who actively want them.

Supporting this will be weekly empowerment calls to ensure our next-gen systems have a next-gen service.

“We want to truly empower our educators, ensuring you feel seen and valued. We know that access to great job opportunities is everything, so let’s start by making that experience the best in the world. We believe a mix of a user-friendly app plus first-class personal service will accomplish our shared goals,” said Humly Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Kristoffer Persson.

We just completed our annual survey, asking all 4,421 active, working educators twenty-one questions to grasp what they really think and feel about Humly.

About our App. Our service. Our ability to meet and exceed their needs.

It’s a close, hard look in the mirror. And it’s vital.

We have a game-changing vision for supply education. But it’s useless if we’re deaf to the needs of our educators.

This survey is one way we listen.
